Kale Salad


Super Salad!!!

Inspired by the lovley Jacqueline  owner at my new and amazing job in paradise...

Kale, thinly sliced
Kalamata olives
red onion, thinly sliced soak for an hour in cold water to chill out the "onionness" in them
tomatoes, sliced into long thin peices
Place in a bowl

For the dressing
1/4c Balsamic vinnegar
1T honey
salt and pepper
1/2 t finley chopped garlic
put in a blender and slowley add about 1c of olive oil.
this will be way to much for the salad but you can put in a container and use another day. It will keep for at least five days
Dress the salad with as much as you like..
Sprinkle over a healthy amount of hemp seeds.
This salad is super because of all the nutrients kale has as well as the hemp seeds
they give the salad extra goodness and also a yummy nutty flavour
